ITV position within the market and my skillset

ITV's markets are dynamic, competitive, and changing rapidly; the company's strength lies in the unscripted content, which contributes to more than 65 per cent of ITV's production revenue. The company has a channel of returning formats and programmes, nurturing and developing and focusing on developing new global unscripted and large entertainment formats. ITV Studios focuses on product innovation, efficiency, and improved ways of working to help mitigate market production cost inflation. For critical formats, this includes using remote Cloud editing and production hubs. ITV asserts its business is unique and can deliver to millions of people who watch live shows and do not want to miss events. The on-demand business can sustain ITV with its initiatives in the streaming market. ITV currently offers a role for a social media manager in which I would be suitable as I have a passion for social media as I have previously demonstrated in creating Instagram posts and managing an account for a few modules. Another requirement includes · having excellent communication skills, which I have illustrated when writing blog posts and essays and verbally communicating in person with new people during the project. I also have excellent knowledge of Office programs and software such as photoshop, creating posters, social media posts and leaflets. Also, I gained valuable skills in using Adobe Anime as I created a game that worked and had a target market. I also created a website from scratch using the software brackets. I have learnt many soft skills from the Duke of Edinburgh award I took part in, such as Communicating with others, working in a team, taking the lead when required, managing my time effectively, responsibility, keeping focused and positive and problem-solving skills. Overall, I have an excellent skill set that makes me suitable for employment.
